Time out

If the time out is now back why when one of my opponents is well out of time, I still don't see a scull.

Game 4621041 shows expired timebank, but opponent is on holiday, so that prevents him from being timed out, so no scull..

I assume that should be the answer to your question?

In that game, your opponent moved less than two days ago, and it's a 3 day timeout, or at least that's what it says:

"3 days per move. 7 days timebank.

White has 1 day 13 hours and 3 minutes to move. (plus timebank)"

Are you saying that the date for the move is wrong, or that it's not really a 3 day timeout?

I'm still on vacation but one of my games timed out??

Your vacation does not follow your location settings. I believe it follows Greenwich Mean Time. Best to add one extra day to your vacation to avoid this.
