hmm.. lets try this again.. I typed a response to this, but it never appeared??
There is a bug in the timebank feature, that, once you click on Claim time, and you go back and look at the timebank, it will appear that there is time left. I've witnessed this myself.. Next time you are going to claim a timeout win, check the timebank before and after and you will see what I mean.
