Tournament stuck?

I am currently tied for the lead in this tournament:

January 2009 Octet I 1325-1350

The group is clearly decided, so I guess the other player and me should both advance. However, nothing has happened for the last two weeks. Is this a bug, or do we have to wait until all games have finished?

Tournament 6131

Octets do have 2nd rounds, for example: Tournament 5901.
In other tournaments another round starts as soon as the groups are decided. your group is decided, so i dont see why it should be different then any other tournament.
