WHen I entered my tournament, it said that tourament games time out automatically 2 days after the timeout expires, but then why is there a timebank of more than 2 days?

Time controls are time controls. Time bank is part of the time controls. Once all those time controls are exhausted, and if a user doesn't click the skull...

RHP does the automatic 2 day thing.

They are separate things, 2 day auto-timeouts rule has nothing to do with move time or time bank.
