Unable to offer a draw

Since the upgrade to the site I have twice now tried to offer my opponent a draw. When I check that option it says a draw will be offered on this move. So I make my move and click submit, but the game status just says waiting for opponent in orange background instead of the expected status of "opponents decision" with the purple background. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes I am having the same problem. Were you able to resolve it ?

The draw is offered anyway. The purple only shows when you are offered a draw.

I thought there used to be some indication that you had offered a draw, but I could be wrong.
