Unpopulated board conditional option

Good day. I have a problem on the new layout.
When I go to Conditional option, I get an unpopulated board.
Please see if it can be fixed.

Ok, I found that I have to click on the Reset to Current Board at Play button at the bottom.
Any reason for this?

This is a bug impacting only some users. A fix should be up tomorrow.
