Updating subscription details (not PayPal)

Our payment processor (2checkout.com) has just upgraded their systems for RHP, resulting in an improved payment process for new subscribers.

If you have an existing subscription (prior to 26th July 2019), you will not be able to directly link to your order from your "my subscription" page until I thrash out a few issues.

If you have a new subscription after this date* ( on or after 26th July 2019 ) you can use your order confirmation email to get your order reference.

edit : *Or have received a recurring billing email since the above date, which will also include a new order number.

This is still not resolved despite best efforts. No subscriptions will be audited until sometime after this is sorted out, so please don't be concerned if you are unable to update your details from the My Subscriptions page.

@Russ Interesting. As an existing subscriber (and before I saw this), I recently attempted to update my subscription with my new email address, thinking being if my subs were linked to my previous email address, my subscription might not be automatically renewed. Couldn't do this online, so ended up having to email 2checkout.com direct and ask them to do it.
