Urgent!!! Help Needed A.S.A.P!!!

Somebody please save me!!! I have a message that says it's about to be purged but I still need it, what do I do?! I tried opening it again but it still has the faded red thing next to it!!! Please help!!! It would be gratefully appreciated.
