We should be able to get and I think we do get 36 days next year (3 days for 12 months equals 36 days). That will probably be fixed in December.

Any you haven't used this year are not added to those 36, they are deemed surplus to requirements.
Are 36 not enough for you? I suggest you send feedback requesting the amount be increased if that is the case.
