what do the member numbers along whither there country flag repersent?

When I go into out club members sections. I see the name of the players but on the far right end of the screen will be a usually a four digit number along with the flag of there country. I understand the flag, but not the number. At first it was my rating, but it is always lower then my rating. could that be the number when I joined?

It's the club rating, which won't match your site rating. It reflects the games you've played against other club members.
