zandlopertje was p1200 but seven games later he is 1512, Can somebody tell me how?

Everyone starts at 1200. He's won all his rated games so far, so he's apparently a strong player. Provisional ratings calculations involve the average ratings of opponents so ratings are always unpredictable until 20 rated games are finished.

I think it's not applicable to players rated above 2100, not 1800.
Not something I'll ever have to worry about!
