What The ....Newbie needs help

Just joined playing my first game ... all of a sudden i have lost.. but have not even been in check yet and and only one piece behind ????

Help please.

Looks like a move timeout, you need to move within the specified timeframe of the game (e.g. 1 day, 3 days etc. depending on what was set at the start) or the opponent can claim the win. Some mail before a claim some do not.
