White Player won't start the game

It's White's turn to make the first move and he's not making it. The clock is not ticking yet so when does the the game end?

Game 4995133 is a 1/3 game, so you will get a skull at the end of 4 days and can win by timeout. You won't get any rating points because it's less than 3 moves, but it will count as a win for you.

If you want to free up the game then you should be able to resign even though it's not your turn to move. It won't cost you any rating points although it will count as a loss in your stats.

Don't resign the game. Find a trashcan and click it. Then the game is eliminated without affecting any points.
