Why do i get extra time added to me in blitz?

Whay do i get extra time added to my time,when i am playing blitz??
That`s the first time such a thing happens to me.
Could anybody please help me with this?I hope so,other wise nobody will play with me anymore and they all think i`am a cheater.

The "extra time" is the amount entered in the second setting for the time. It's the "increment" block. That amount is added to the time with every move.

A game can be set for "1 minute" and "15 second increments."

If each player moves within 10 seconds, the time left will increase by 5 seconds every move.
