YULYAN24 doesn't want to move when he is a few moves away from loosing. I contacted him and he said he won't move. I will claim the time out win, but it is not a decent thing to do from him.

It is not decent behavior.

But it is also not decent behaviour to post in the forum about it. Put such a player on your ignore list and be done.

They have the right to play within the timeframe, failing that you have the right to timeout. That's all.
