Timeouts suspended for 24 hours 2009-12-05

A failing hard drive on a critical server was replaced this evening causing an outage lasting over an hour, therefore timeouts have been suspended for 24 hours.

This would've been an ideal moment for twitterings, but a no-show there. 🙁

Does this have anything to do with the V2 Security blabla errors? Or is that an unrelated issue?

I dont think errors on servers for this chess site have anything to do with servers of the twitter site...

Besides that twitter is lame, id rather have admins try to fix a problem as soon as possible then wasting time on a site as twitter by posting useless updates like: "redhotpawn is currently not working. If you want to see the error message visit redhotpawn."

i have had the security messages mentioned above when trying to use this site recently
