automated timeout at siege games

At least one siege board is blocked due to the fact that both opponents vanished from the site. Can we have an automated timeout there as in tournaments? yes there would have to be a second timeout if BOTh players vanish, but this is not a very frequent occurence I think (hope).

Sounds like a good idea to me. I'm a bit surprised it is not already used.
