How is this a "Site Idea"?

The site idea is to change that error message into something like:

"Sorry, you're a non-sub, and we don't have enough resources to have you send 50 PMs a day, so please consider subscribing"

The 10-msg limit has nothing to do with SPAM

But yes it has. It was introduced because some pople joined the site and began sending SPAM messages.

10 PMs limit is fine, messages take up humongous amounts of nonsense interweb space and why should RHP be hosting it
