    A new Blog. 🙂

The problem has not been 100% sorted but I have found a work around.

It kicks off with a White to play and mate in 14 moves.

The added bit is you must mate with a Rook
and you not allowed to move your Rooks.
(Solution on the Blog but try it.)

Yet another silly trophy for Magnus this time Tata Steele 2016

A plug for my latest book. (I give you a free trap.)

3 Games featuring the Urosov Gambit.

And we close with RHP Ideas in Action.

It's not possible if you can't move your rooks - you can't walk into a mate!?

    HI BoardReader,

It can be done - the solution is on the blog - but stop and think about it.
(there is also a hint on the blog.)

GP gives a hint at the beginning of the blog.

"get the Black King into such a position where by using a Knight
you block one of the Rook files so it can give a discovered checkmate."
