GameExplorer status

Update #1 : Current status, all games up to 2006-12-30 17:07:02 are now available.

The game explorer is being repopulated with a full set of RHP game data, which will unfortunately result in recent games not being available for a number of days.

The current status will be posted here periodically.

Thanks, Russ, you're indefatigable.

There has been a few problems with performance.

The game explorer is the only thing that really suffered during the recent server upgrade - but as from a few minutes ago, this should be resolved and requests should no longer time-out.

Keep in mind that each request can take a little time anyway, but you should eventually see you results now.

Hi. My GameExplorer now has very few GM games. Will they all be coming back? Thanks.

@Russ - I still have an issue with the Game Explorer for Grand Master games i.e. they are mostly missing. Hope this can be resolved, thanks.

Yes, I do intend to repopulate it fully. Next up after the live chess beta.
