harmonize clan forums to current name

I am member of Clan 112, which is now named Popeye the Sailor clan.
The clan Forum is called "Raiders of the lost Carp". The most recent post is given as "pending 2631 days ago".

If I click on the link I will be moved to the correct Forum, which is active.

in my opinion this should be a very minor bug fix.
