New challenge filter - minimum timebank days

As it was already possible to set a minimum acceptable timeout for challenges, and now a new option has been added for timebank too.

This is updated in your Challenge Settings.

This setting also impacts the filtered tab when viewing open invites - so only games with your preferred timeout AND timebank values will appear.

Note : When creating a new game, your previously used settings will still be used as a default.
