Position after Black's 15th move. How did the game go?

It might have captured the e7 pawn?! maybe... The White rook must have been captured at b6, but how/where was tha "a"- pawn captured? If I am counting correctly Black has made exactly 15 moves (4 pawn, 1 knight, 2 Queen, 3 bishop, 4 rook, 1 king), so where is the missing 'a' pawn?

The black a-rook could have captured the a-pawn on it's way to the d-file
I give up. I can't get it. I can't figure out how black can get the a-rook to e6 if the queen is blocking the way, or the rook blocking the queen's way.
