    I don't see it.

    Either it's right side up and white is mated, or it's upside down and white can capture the bishop with his pawn.

    There really isn't a mate for white in zero moves, and since black just ended the turn, white is mated.


    That, or the question just sucks.

    If I may, to those still dumbfounded, it IS mate. Bowmann posted it as a joke. The board is showing mate... nothing needs to be done to it. That's why it is a mate in 0.
