Looks SO tempting for white but I messed it up. Okay, I was drunk and playing fast, and it looked tasty but next day sobered up and salvaged the situation. How should this line best be refuted?
Game 1260315 It's a pretty horrible game now that I look at it again.😕

Wow. I never knew Black could get out of this opening with so little punishment.
EDIT - Apparently a guy named McGregor (go Irish) drew a game against Bobby Fischer in a Damiano, with Fischer on White! Fischer played 4. Nf3.

Can I please have an example game where this opening was done right by white?

One for the memory banks.
