No I don't think he is that nice, something far less than that I would say.

Just playing through the game so far, it was obvious he was a VERY strong 900.

I don't want to say too much because the game is still going, but I would say he has played so far at 1700+ rating strength.

If you check his profile he simply resigns after move 3 in loads of his games...............................Why??
