Funny. As long as you continue to be, for lack of a better word, an ass, and continue to quit your games five moves in to maintain a sub - 1300 rating, no one in their right mind will ever accept your offer.

In general, for me, I try to not start too many games to manage gameload instead of resigning games to manage gameload. Not saying that happened here. Just a general comment.
