Move 13 knight takes d4 - I do not get it - you lose thee knight from what I see queen takes queen then black takes the night. Am I not seeing something?

You are right - 13.Nxd4 is a blunder. Things only got worse from there - Black missed 13...Qxd1! as you pointed out. Then White blundered again - 14.Qc1? instead of 14.N4f3, saving the Knight. To top it all off, Black refused to take the free piece with 14...Nxd4.

If 14...Nxd4 then white can play 15.Rxe7 equalizing the material, or am I missing something.

I think you are missing that black would have taking the queen on d1 first.

I am talking move 13 though not 14.

    Yes, you are missing something:

    13. Nxd4 Qxd1 14. Ra1xd1 Nxd1 Rxe7

    And the miterial is equal.

LOL. I never even noticed that. Suddenly their moves make a lot more sense.
