A bit late, I noticed Skeeter banned from site, ?

Anyone know why? I know he/she got banned from the forums for a few months but now total ban? What happened?

I believe it was persistent forum abuse, even after multiple warnings.

Here is a FIDE rating list from 09, the first female name is Teresa Sheehan, 2033.
