I'm looking to play someone with a rating around 1300 to 1500.
Every time I open an open challenge a provisional 1200 player takes it straight away. Just a tad annoying. So if you are close to this rating please, I'd like a couple of fun games.

Add a limit of 1300-1500 to your open invites.

I think you're way higher than your present 1401. You're still provisional and only after the 20th game your rating will get to your true rating.

You get there faster if you play stronger opponents.
