A Damiano's Defense

What is the best way to take advantage of this? You are White.

1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 f6 3. Nxf6 Pxf6 4. Qh5+ Ke7

I'm used to people pushing the g Pawn, but this I don't know how to maximize my advantage with.

I played ...e5, going for the royal skewer. I ended up only with a 2 Pawn advantage. but I won.

There is also Ne7, but queen e7 is better, you'll just have to move the queen many times.

I'd think the bishop move would be winning too.
