What is the best way to take advantage of this? You are White.

1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 f6 3. Nxf6 Pxf6 4. Qh5+ Ke7

I'm used to people pushing the g Pawn, but this I don't know how to maximize my advantage with.

I played ...e5, going for the royal skewer. I ended up only with a 2 Pawn advantage. but I won.

The best that Fritz can offer for Black in the Damiano.
After all this the score given after 60 seconds is 1.+- (5.54) 24...Qg6 25.Qc4 Bb4 26.Be4

12.h4,Kg7 and the black king survives

If Black declines by 3....,Qe7 it appears Black can survive.Maybe it's even a sound defense?

There is also Ne7, but queen e7 is better, you'll just have to move the queen many times.

Yes it would.
White's not content with a queen when he has mate.
Btw,it's not a game,it's pure analyses.The line has been analysed out to a White win.

I'd think the bishop move would be winning too.
