a game I lost, any thoughts?

Seems to me like you lost the thread out of the opening straightway. 4 ... a5 instead of the "book" moves Bg4 or b5. And 5 ... c6 doesn't appear to work well (again b5 gets you back into somewhat OK lines for black). After 7 dc6, black appears just to be down material without any compensation and your opponent kept the pressure up after that.
