Very nice game! Marshall Attack is a very cool opening.

Nice game but I think the Marshall attack is when Black responds with d5 against c3, not d3.

Nice game so, dont get me wrong but... White just did not know what he was doing. I'm not sure what kind of a plan he had with 12.Qd1? followed by 13.Re4??

As it has been previously pointed out, this is not a Marshall Gambit. White has greated difficulties defending against the Marshall due to the fact that his Bc1 is blocked in. That is not the case in this game & he should have based a plan around that rather than wasting two tempi with 12.Qe1 & 13.Re4
