32. Ng5! is indeed the best move and it wins immediately. Nice find. I would note that if this were solitaire chess (as in Pandolfini's column each month in Chess Life), 32. Nf6 would get partial credit as it also results in a winning position, albeit not as clean.

So he had to go N-f7 instead but black is still an exchange down so the end will probably come soon anyway, although there is some counterplay by black.
