You played
E4-G5! C6-E4 is only temporarily prolonging the inevitable.

Well done!

Sorry, i made a mistake in the first diagram, there is a pawn on h3.

But if there wasn't, i hope i would have seen that combo...

Yes, even without ... Nd7 the attention goes to Ng5. Strange.

32. Ng5! is indeed the best move and it wins immediately. Nice find. I would note that if this were solitaire chess (as in Pandolfini's column each month in Chess Life), 32. Nf6 would get partial credit as it also results in a winning position, albeit not as clean.

Am I assuming right that the attack depends on black taking the white queen and then RxN at e5 and black can't take back because of mate? If so, what about N-g5 QxN
RxN (e5) QxR (e5)
what attack does white have now?

Pardon me for being dumb but isn't there a knight in the way for that move Rxe8+? And even if not, the bishop can take, it covers e8

Ah, I thought it was white to move. That knight move makes a tiny differance🙂
So he had to go N-f7 instead but black is still an exchange down so the end will probably come soon anyway, although there is some counterplay by black.
