Game 4064745

Two real nice tactics, a queen sac to achieve a strong position and then a rook sac to save the draw by my opponent.

All questions, improvements, or comments welcome.

Here's another interesting game Game 4132272.

I can't find a win for either side but I'm not using my own computer (with fritz installed) so I can't check... someone wanna help out w/ this one?

oh and thanks guys, i'm sure all my 'brilliant games' are getting old 😛.

seems to me the idea is to be able to create mating threats with the rook together with Ng7+.

c7 is the only square for the rook to get access to the 8th rank because the bishop guards the other squares. but it seems impossible to make any serious threats because the d8 square is protected twice.

okay that's what i thought...

I like my move that I made in the game better as RxN was the only way to save the draw (as far as I see...). I'm back on my own computer now so I'll check it out on fritz.

eeeeek!!!

23. ... Nh6!! Wins for black. I should have taken the draw a move earlier, I got lucky!

I just love how you proclaim that at least 2 out of every three games you play are "great games" you should *ahem* see some of mine some time...

It's true! Every single time I click one of your games (randomly) I end up with something totally fantastic. You are a genius...

Take this one for example ...

Game 4165946

Who'd think you would be capable of something that incredible!
