which move do you guys prefer..... i've mostly played 1...e5 but i've start trying the sicilian out since i don't like facing the ruy lopez as black. i find them both aout the same right now.

Try the "Incorrect Opening". It can be very strong.

I used to play the Petroff but I've enjoyed trying out the Sicilian and think I'll stick with it for a while. The Petroff is a good way to avoid the Ruy and although it is known as drawish is still can have a little kick to it. I think Karpov used it a bit with a good record... although he could open with h5 and still have a good record.
