What do you mean stipulation met, check again 😉

You are lucky you even get a stipulation, if it just said play the best move for white it would be a really hard problem.

White to play and capture a pawn?

1. Qxg6 hxg6 2. Bxf7+ Rxf7 3. Rh8+ Kxh8 4. Nxf7+ Kg8 5. Nxd6 Rd8 6. Nxb7 Rxd4 and Black offers a draw

solved, but I don't think that's a draw, white can certainly fight for the win, he's a pawn up and has perfect structure. Ok, black has an active rook but this is not a clear draw IMHO. I bet you won't save this position against a good GM, let alone rybka, which I now see gives this a +1.30

No reason to argue; the stipulation was to win a pawn, not the game. 😛
