No, it will start at midday GMT.

Which means that we're probably fifteen minutes away from Danailov / Topalov's latest outrage. My guess is they will complain about how tall Kramnik is this time and insist that he walks on his knees for the last two games.

oh i see, i read it was "3pm (+ 3hours GMT)" and though it meant to add three hours on, not take off
