one of the main, and most important points is that BLACK SHOULD NOT TRY TO KEEP THE PAWN.
that is why 4. b5 is a mistake.
9. Bxc4...after this move we can understand why 4. b5 was an error - black is a pawn down and is poorly developed, white is wining.
10...Nxa6
this is a really bad mistake! because Qc6+ is a major threat, Blac which was ignored.
11...Qd7
better was Ke7, it still loses, but is still better...
Moves 13 to 17...White simply trades down to a won endgame...

Trade down when you are ahead in material. This way it more efficient and with tempo. Later on in the game you played Qa8 to trade off his queen which wasted a move of yours.
