dude i think that you should have opened the game up, you have two beautiful bishops, both on long diagonals, whites move 12.e5 looks really dubious, i mean what was the point of it?

I don't know but I do know that 40. ... Qf7 is a one-move blunder, 41. h3 was an unnecessary move, 41. Rd8+ Kg7 42. Rd7 immediately wins as 42. ... Rf1+ 43. Nxf1 and then the Queen cannot move Qxf1# because she's pinned

You mean 12. ...dxe5?
yes i seen that in retrospect, sorry 🙂 28..e5, i think looks a little suspect, it leaves your king a little exposed and although the idea of gaining a passed pawn was good, it was an isolated passed pawn and well white could easily eat him up! But alas it never got to that because like Heinzkat stated just a blunder decided it in the end.
