Bob, were you the one who was playing a few months ago against somebody whose opening consisted of repeatedly bringing out a knight and returning it to its starting square?

lol yeah, time escapes me, it could have been a year ago, 6 months, I cant remeber....talk about conservative play! In the game mentioned here, 40...Qf8 mates me outright, I'm sure there were more along the way, it was an incredible king journey🙂

lol, that was funny to watch, although it may be a bit unfair to laugh about someone who obviously is a complete beginner. I wonder what he (or she) learned from that game - "Moving a second piece almost immediately leads to checkmate, so next time I'll stay with the knight"? 😉

Game include mistakes. Black should win in 40b Qa8-e4+
41a ke7-d8
41b Kg8-f8

and withe can not stop mate .. it comes by Q at e8 or e7!
