Good attitude. The question was worth asking, it would be good to have the rules made clear. I suppose you think that opening books are not allowed either. I tend to agree. Strange, though, on the same site ...

Does it matter? As long as the games are unrated?
Do you really have the time to consult an opening database in blitz?

I think the rules matter more than any rating would do. You want to play the same game as your opponent.

I've played on many blitz sites and don't recall any which allow opening books, db's etc...

Plus in blitz, do you really have time for all that.

These issues will probably be addressed later on. The blitz feature is still relatively new to Rhp. Haven't tried it myself yet.

Do they still have UCHESS?

You're probably right. Rules matter. (In universe though: Matter rules.)
When I play blitz I don't have time to bend the rules, anyway.
