I'm not a great player, but I'd say that noving her out so early is a bad idea. I avoid it myself & like it when my opponent does it because i can advance pieces while chasing his queen around. I've even gained a winning advantage when someone moved their queen only as far a g3 too early. I've also trapped and captured an opponents queen because she has limited freedome on a crowded board. I'm unlikely to move my queen in the first ~10 moves unless there is significant need/advantage.
Early Queen moves seem to be made by beginners mostly, trying for quick mates (at least that is my experiance). Better to develop properly first I would say, except where there is a sound strategy. Often when the Queen moves too early she gets bullied around the board at the expense of further development.
My earliest Queen move...
I like to play the Evans Gambit sometimes (when I get the chance), and this is the earliest point I would usually move the lady i.e. 1 e4 e5 2 Nf3 Nc6 3 Bc4 Bc5 4 b4 B8b4 5 Qb3... with varying results.

Here is an evans open I found with early Queen move...
[White "Evans gambit"]
[Black "Waller attack"]
[Result "*"]
1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bc4 Bc5 4. b4 Bxb4 5. c3 Ba5 6. O-O d6 7. d4 exd4 8.
Qb3

You are correct I was wrong.
I used to play a fair bit, and I liked the Evans.
However it seems I have not only made a typo, I've also mixed the moves up in my head!
What I actually play is (no idea if it has a name):
1. e4 e5
2. Nf3 Nc6
3. Bc4 Bc5
4. b4 Bxb4
5. c3 Bd7 (or Ba5)
6. Qb3 ...
but as you say, this isn't the Evans - sorry everyone.
However it is still the earliest Queen move I would normally make ;-)

Generally not to be recommened on the second move but sometimes move 6 is ... appropriate. To wit, an actual - and recent - game:
1.c4 c5 2.Nc3 Nf6 3.Nf3 d6 4.g3 b5 5.Nxb5 Ba6 6.Qa4 Bb7 7.Nc7#
-ww-
1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Qf6 3.Bc4 Qg6 4.O-O
I wouldn't try this at home! 😲
