My opening game is sooo rusty I can't decide Black's response to this opening which doesn't appear in the online databases. I know it's wrong to bring the Queen out so early because I should have lots of counterplay with the minor pieces against the Queen. But I still managed to lose in one of my early games.
2. ... Qf3 is clearly wrong because I barely managed to escape with my skin until my opponent blundered. Game 996837
So, what's the correct play?

after 1. e4 e5 2. Qh5, its best to move 2 ... Nc6 or 2 ... d6. Then after 1. e4 e5 2. Qh5 Nc6 3. Bc4, you can best choose from either 3 ... g6 or 3 ... Qe7. I personally like the latter.
I don't like 3...Qe7. It blocks the dark Bishop in, slowing development. If 3. g6 Qf3 then White's King Knight can't go to f3. If it goes to e2, then it can't then go to d4 or f4 because of Black's e-Pawn. If Ne2-g3, it still can't advance because of Black's g-Pawn. If it goes to h3, Black can keep it off g5 with ...Be7.
Also with ...g3 Black can go on the offensive against White's center later with ...O-O-O and ...f4.

after 3 ... g6, normally would follow 4. Qf3, and you still have the attack on f7 and your pawn structure is a little bit flawed. after 3 ... Qe7 there will usually follow 4 ... Nf6, and the opponent's queen will have to retreat (also moving your other knight to d4 is good, I think).

Where to from here? If you can play it right you should be able to isolate the White Queen on the one flank and attack on the other.
After Qe7, they will usually play Nf3, which you can follow with Nf6. With the Queen not around on the queenside you can start to either pawnstorm or make early knight moves such as Nd4.
