as black I play e5 and I'll happily play the black end of a traxler or ruy.
And If I face a sicilian there isn't a question about wildness.
In terms of the more drawish lines... well, I do admit there are a few (Caro-Kann) .. but you gotta remember that there are even more in a d4 line (QGD being one of them, IMHO).
edit - I should also mention that I'm the self proclaimed french killer...
If you seriously think you can consitantly get a draw on the black side of my e4 (regardless of what you play) you'd be sadly mistaken.
