Ok, so I do know that people with higher ratings tend to play blindfold chess much easier than the lower rated ones.
My question is, what rating should you have as a minimum to be able to play out a whole complicated game?
Can someone also please tell me what I can do to improve my blindfold chess? I just recently started having an interest in this.
Thanks guys.

train visualization. for example with CVT http://chesstraining.sourceforge.net/
memorize some favourite games and play them in your head move by move. at some point your brain will give in to your will and you'll be able to play blindfolded.
It's easier then you think...first off it kinda helps if with an easy task of knowing what square is what color....like h1 is a light square while d6 is a dark square...you basically just break the board in 4...no one 'sees' the board as a whole...then look at the pawn structure..its the most enduring aspect of the game...then think about the pieces..it takes a little bit but you can do it!
