thats a great line GP - was it the almost Hook Mate pattern that made you think of getting the Rook over there. I am wondering how you spot these things...
[FEN "4n3/6p1/4pk1p/3pN3/1R1P4/1P2P1P1/r2N1PKP/8 w - - 0 1"]
1. Rb7 Rxd2 2. h4 Kf5 {planning to run away via e4} 3. Kf3 Nd6 4. Rd7 Ne4 {And both sides are threatening a hook mate. But it's Whites move.} 5. Rf7+ Nf6 6. g4
And then there is
FEN
4n3/6p1/4pk1p/3pN3/1R1P4/1P2P1P1/r2N1PKP/8 w - - 0 1
[FEN "4n3/6p1/4pk1p/3pN3/1R1P4/1P2P1P1/r2N1PKP/8 w - - 0 1"]
1. Rb7 Nd6 2. Rd7 Ra6 3. Ndf3 Rb6 4. Ng4+ Kg6 5. Nfe5+ Kh7 6. Nf6+ Kh8 7. Rxd6 {I am showing off which is what you should do if your opponent wants to play on. Don't sulk - show off.} 7...Rxd6 8.Nf7 {Mate.}
Dude, did you just call out a player for not resigning a GIP. Only to get disgusted and resign what you thought was a winning game. Then post-mortems proved the extra material was moot, and in fact you were lost?

WTG!!
He's also the most prolific poster in the etiquette thread. It will be interesting to see whether he considers publicly calling out an opponent for not resigning a winning position poor etiquette.

With all due respect to your chess knowledge, opening up with the same opening does not result in a same game, it results in a lot of variety and it takes years to master a particular opening, because every opening after the initial moves has so much of variety. Here are examples with 1.e4..

Christians aren't perfect just forgiven. I believe that's a lie that Satan uses, is to think that Christians should have to be perfect. And another lie he uses is I need to get my life perfect before I can follow God.
