Just had a quick look (so my apologies if I missed something) but on your move 26 you played QxN winning a knight and exchanging queens...but what about 26. R xe6..forking the queen...

when the queen captures the rook (26. ...Qxe6), white cannot take with the pawn because it's pinned to the defense of the queen. (by the rook on d8)

by the way, I think it was a nice come back, EmLasker. try using chess tactics server (google it) for improving your tactics (to avoid losing exchanges in the first place). (that's what I do myself.)

A point of chess terminology: in chess to "win the exchange" means to win a rook for a minor piece (Bishop or Knight).
