I hope this works, this is my first game to post in the forum. Can anyone tell me if there were winning lines or moves that were too passive? THANKS

Looking at the game really quickly, you missed the win with 41...Qd5+, which wins the passed pawn and solves most of Black's problems. Assuming you can keep your king safe from queen checks, you should be able to win.

I think you might have been in trouble after 26 cd6+ eg 26 ... Qxd6 27 c5!

Thanks for answering Yes, now I see that I should have let those sleeping pawns lie. I was amazed at how many passed pawns that produced, one permanent to mess up my game.
