Looking at the game really quickly, you missed the win with 41...Qd5+, which wins the passed pawn and solves most of Black's problems. Assuming you can keep your king safe from queen checks, you should be able to win.

Thanks for answering Yes, now I see that I should have let those sleeping pawns lie. I was amazed at how many passed pawns that produced, one permanent to mess up my game.
