Cellphone chess.

Is there a FREE program that will let you set up positions on a cellphone?

Anyone? I'll even accept programs that cost little if not free. I like playing through the games that are in a book I have and it's tough with no travel chess game. I was going to make a very small magnetic one but I screwed it up then my printer screwed up and I couldn't print the board again.
